2、 The cleaning process should be careful. Stack two clean rags together, clean the dust and fog on the surface of the substrate, and ensure that there is no condensate on the surface of the substrate; Then use the adhesion promoter to wipe, which can not only remove the oil and dust on the surface, but also improve the adhesion between the glass adhesive and the glass, and improve the bonding effect.
3、 The sizing process shall be strictly controlled. According to the construction environment, it is generally not recommended to construct under 4 ℃, because the curing speed will be greatly reduced and the probability of bond failure will be increased during low temperature construction; If the temperature is below 4 ℃, the curing time should be appropriately increased.
4、 Flexible gluing method. If it is cold in winter, it will be difficult and tiring to apply glue. You can properly heat the glue (use a heating bag, oven, or simple method to soak in hot water, etc.); Or use electric glue gun to save time and effort.
5、 Later quality control. After the appropriate curing period, the base material on the site shall be cut and checked, and the peeling adhesion test shall be conducted to confirm the adhesion of the sealant on the project site.
